How long have you been working at Ventós?
I've been at Ventós for four years; I came for four months… and here I am.
Explain to us your daily management activities
Direct contact with customers, order management and coordination with different departments to ensure efficient shipments. I also review contracts, payment methods and customs procedures.
What sets Ventós apart in the market?
Ventós stands out for the high quality of its products, solid process control and extensive stock that allows it to offer a fast and reliable service to customers.
What do you like most about your work?
The international environment and contact with people from different countries, which allows me to learn and broaden my cultural perspective.
If you had to create a fragrance with your name, what would it smell like?
It would have a floral heart of neroli and jasmine, with a citric burst of bergamot that would make it fresh and fun. The flowers would provide the elegant touch, and for winter I would add a woody nuance of vetiver.
What smells transport you back to your childhood?
The broom. It reminds me of when I went to the marsh as a child with my uncle and cousin; it was surrounded by broom and we always picked a little sprig.
Your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
Always the sea. Whether sailing, diving or taking a bath. Perfect holidays would be anchoring around the Balearic Islands with good weather, good company and good food.
Is there any talent or curiosity of yours that people are usually surprised to discover about you?
I am a Rescue diver, certified in recreational diving.
What style of music do you listen to? Favorite singer/artist?
I really like Catalan groups like The Tyets, Oques Grasses or Stay Homas, among others, but depending on the moment I also enjoy techno at a festival or some «diva» to sing at the top of my lungs. This year I went to the concert of the Argentines Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso. Quite varied.
What is your favorite hobby?
Sailing in the Mediterranean.
What is the best advice you have received in the workplace?
It is advisable to do important or difficult tasks when you are most fresh and focused.
If you could have a superpower for a day, which one would you choose and why?
Time travel. It would avoid accidents and even some diseases, and with that power, knowing the consequences of each decision, success would be more assured.
