Broadly speaking, I act as a link between sales and production areas, managing urgent matters, requests and incidents. I also try to optimize elements such as the warehouse space we have, delivery time, service, etc..
It is a sum of elements, but I think a determining factor is very good customer service.
I like my job, but what especially satisfies me is seeing that thanks to good coordination between departments we can solve a client's stock shortage.
