In addition to answering the phone and door: visits, courier messengers, etc...I carry out many administrative tasks such as: automatic daily billing of our clients, preparation of documentation for all essential oil and aromatic chemical samples we send daily, as well as their enveloping and coordination with messengers. I also prepare the documentation for all daily couriers both national and international.
I also receive emails sent to the company and I dedicate myself to forwarding them to their corresponding department and various other things that may arise throughout the day. It is a very entertaining, dynamic and non-stop job!
