What is your day-to-day like?
My day-to-day is very dynamic. The hours working pass by quickly. I manage incidents both internal and external, customer requests, requests from colleagues, ... I interact with all departments of the company. I ensure that external certifications are maintained. Both FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000. And as a new development, this year we will be certified in FAMI-QS. This will help strengthen sales for customers dedicated to the manufacturing of additives for animal feed or animal feed.
What sets Ventós apart in the market?
The large portfolio of products we have in stock. The flexibility and speed in deliveries. The geographical location, Ventós Barcelona, is very well positioned by land, sea and air, which allows us to deliver and receive products quickly. Having products distributed throughout the world thanks to its 7 subsidiaries is an advantage for serving customers very quickly and locally. Not forgetting human resources, the team of people behind us. And our own analysis laboratory with staff who have more than 25 years of experience, that generates trust and customer loyalty.
What do you like most about your work?
Many things!!! Being able to dedicate myself to what I like. The type of product we work with. Dealing with personnel from large companies, both customers and suppliers. And the fact that new challenges come up every day and it's a constant struggle facing new adversities.
What would you mix a Gin and Tonic with?
With juniper berries without a doubt. Depending on the result you want to obtain, if with acidic, sweet or citric notes.
You could add cardamom, juniper, cassia, cinnamon, star anise, orange or pepper and it would turn out very delicious.
What smells transport you back to your childhood? Without a doubt the cypress. When I went to school I passed four times a day through a street with many cypress trees. Also citrus fruits, lemon and orange. My grandparents had lemon and orange trees at home. And it reminds me of them.

Your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
Any destination. I love traveling, getting to know cultures, customs buildings... And if they have some history I'm even more attracted to them.
What is the main trait of your character?
I'm cheerful and talkative. Also sincere, clear, committed... and stubborn!
What style of music do you listen to? Favorite singer/artist?
The truth is it depends on my mood. Mostly rock/pop. Estopa.
What is your favorite hobby?
Being with my family and/or with friends. And if it's accompanied by a few beers, even better.
If a film director offered you to make a movie about your life, what actor or actress would you like to play your character?
Scarlett Johansson, we are the same age and were born on the same day. Curious, isn't it? I think we don't look alike in anything else, hehehe.
Would you prefer to travel to the past or the future?
Difficult answer. To the past, if I could live longer that way! And who knows, be able to fix mistakes...
