36 years, a whole life...

36 years give rise to many moments, but when I remember that first day I started working at Ventos, where we came from and how far we have come, that moment becomes pride and great emotion.
Of course there have also been less good moments, but they were overcome and that makes them fade away in time.

It is my responsibility to prepare and coordinate the work to be carried out during the working day of the sections under my charge. To do this, I rely on the managers of each area, we meet and organize the day based on priorities, urgent matters, transport agency schedules, etc. For me, organization and coordination between the areas and personnel is of vital importance.

On the one hand, being able to count on such a wide range of products and references is super important and a benefit for our customers and the rest of the market. I would also highlight the company's organization so that our customers receive their orders in record time, the coordination between purchasing, sales department, laboratory, warehouse, logistics, etc... is very important. And finally, we have our subsidiaries that bring us closer to the rest of the world.

What I like most and what matters to me is that things are done well. When I schedule a job to be done, the circle closes and everything fits perfectly, it's a great satisfaction. This means that both the departments and the staff involved have done it with enthusiasm and responsibility. We work every day for this result.

Well, as I have mentioned before, it is a source of pride. Having participated in and lived through this evolution from the earliest days means you value everything much more, and you feel the company is also a bit yours. Getting here is the fruit of much effort, of leadership and of all the staff who have wanted to get involved in this adventure. The result of what has been achieved in 36 years is impressive.

After 36 years of touching them and smelling them, I can't settle for just one. I stay with the family of natural scents: oranges and lemons, lavenders and lavandin, mandarins and bergamots, rosemary, spike lavender, thyme,... When the workers handle them for order preparation, it's a pleasure to enjoy their scents and aromas that escape when opening the tap.

Rosemary, lavender, thyme, chamomile. I was born and spent my childhood in a small village in the province of Burgos that is surrounded by land and hills, and all these types of aromatic plants grow there. My parents and I used to go out to the hills and these scents would flutter all around.

I am very attracted to countries like Italy and Egypt, which I hope to visit someday.

Respect and responsibility.

I'm more into singer-songwriters: Serrat, Aute, Sabina, Luz Casal. I also like the music of El último de la fila, Jarabe de palo, Amaral, it depends on the moment.

Walking, and if I can get lost in nature, even better. Climbing a mountain, walking through a valley, enjoying the landscape, the tranquility, the silence...it's something that relaxes me and makes me feel good.

I really like good cinema, but I don't have a favorite actor or actress. I like those who, by themselves in a film, fill the screen and make you enjoy it.

If we start from the fact that the past no longer exists and the future is yet to come, I'll stay with the present.
