From the company's Human Resources department, we work to have the right people who will help us meet Ventós' current and future objectives, while ensuring we maintain a good work environment.
One of our objectives is to get to know well the people who are part of the team and ensure they contribute their best to the company.
In my daily work I handle personnel administration matters, performance evaluations, which allow me to have this direct communication with the team. I also collaborate on salary matters (incentive calculations, clarifying payroll doubts, ...), I am the contact person with more technical service providers, and I am part of the CSR Committee (Corporate Social Responsibility).

In HR, the people who are part of Ventós are our priority, and we like to feel close and accessible, to be able to help them and to make them feel heard.

I vary quite a bit to be honest, I like listening to everything from current commercial music to 80s and 90s classics. And as for my favorite singer, I'm not loyal to just one, but if I had to pick someone it would be the band Estopa.

Listening to music and walking along the riverbank, beach or mountain. Nature recharges my batteries!
