15 years, although it seems like just yesterday my first day was.
Explain to us your day-to-day management
Direct contact with customers, the Brazil subsidiary and coordination of the commercial department, in order to provide the most excellent service possible, both internally and externally.

Quality, service and innovation. We are fortunate to have plenty of stock, which allows us to provide an immediate response.
What do you like most about your work?
Contact with clients, constant negotiation between the origin and the client, introducing market innovations, receiving good feedback on my work and, above all, being able to travel and personally meet those who help us grow every day: our clients.
Of the 3,500 products we have in stock, which is your favorite?
Vanilla, amber, musk and vetiver.
What smells transport you to your childhood?
Wild notes, lavender, spike lavender and Mediterranean pine.
Your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
I always try to combine sea and mountains, although I admit that the beach takes the spotlight. Always protected from the sun and enjoying the music that comes from the breaking of the waves on the shore.
Do you have any talent or curious fact about yourself that usually surprises people?
I'm a simple person, without a talent that stands out above others. I consider myself very funny and open-minded, that's probably what surprises people the most.
What style of music do you listen to? Favorite singer/artist?
Very commercial music, and above all, local. I use music to not think. A favorite band? Oques Grasses.
What is your favorite hobby?
I usually play padel, but I also really enjoy playing with my children, doing puzzles and building models.
What is the best advice you have received in the workplace?
Surround yourself with people better than you, and thus you will create a competitive team.
If you could have a superpower for a day, which would you choose and why?
Invisibility. Being invisible allows you to be without being, and gather information.
