In May I will have 3 years at Ventós.

I am mainly responsible for managing and developing IT projects and requests for the subsidiaries of the Ventós group. In parallel, I work on developing automation tools to streamline the supply and stock growth of the group. I also handle the IT part in the launch of new subsidiaries and integrations with external warehouses.

Over the past few years, Ventós has established itself as a leader in the sector, ensuring the supply to its customers of a wide variety of essential oils and aromatic chemicals. Furthermore, its presence around the world, with stocks in 10 different countries and Indonesia on the way, ensures excellent service and delivery.

What I like most about my job is the dynamism. Ventós is an ambitious company that grows and expands very rapidly. To do so in a sustainable way and maintain service quality, we have to adapt quickly and face new challenges. To make this scalable, we need to provide solutions at a global level and rely on the latest technology, and we count on the company's support for this, as it always wants to stay up to date.

My favorite fruit is the orange, it serves for everything, for eating, for making juice, for pastry, it has countless applications in our sector. My favorite flower is the daisy, it is a simple but very beautiful flower.

The smell of the sea, I have spent summers since childhood in Cubelles, a coastal town 45 minutes from Barcelona, I remember my childhood with the smell of the sea.

Any beach destination, I love to travel, I love to explore new places and cultures, but where I relax the most is at the beach, so any destination with a beach and if it's in the Mediterranean even better, enjoying good Mediterranean cuisine after a day at the beach is priceless.

Confidence in myself. It helps me face challenges and project it to my colleagues.

Now I listen to a lot of electronic music but my favorite band has always been THE STROKES.

Sport and music. I listen to a lot of music at home and I love plans that involve it, such as going to a concert or a festival. I have always practiced different sports since childhood, football and swimming the most. This year for example I did my first half marathon, but now what I like most is getting away a couple of times a year to destinations where I can practice surfing.
