Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team by incorporating an Accounting Assistant.

Your role:

• Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and credit notes; manage invoices through the Dynatos platform.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare customer invoices (France, EU, and export) and issue credit notes.
• Cash Collection: Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Master Data Management: Review and maintain supplier and customer master data.
• Banking: Process and monitor payments through the online banking platform.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Dynatos and Navision is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations.
• Experience preparing and submitting routine tax and statutory declarations, including DEB (Intrastat), VAT returns, and other standard regulatory filings.
