How long have you been working at Ventós?
As of April 24th, I’ve been with Ventós for three years!
Explain to us your day-to-day management
I lead the Marketing department at Ventós, where we coordinate all of the company’s external communications, including social media, newsletters, our corporate magazine, and brand campaigns. We also organize our participation in international trade shows, events, product launches, and initiatives with the Ventós Foundation and other organizations (among many other things… 😉)

What do you like most about your work?
What I enjoy most about my job is that every trade show, event, and project presents a different challenge, which means I am constantly learning and adapting to new situations.
It is also a highly cross-functional role, as I work with virtually every department in the company. I love the combination of creativity, organization, analysis, and strategy: one day I might be developing a communication campaign, and the next I could be analyzing results or coordinating an international event.
I am also fortunate to be part of a small but highly versatile team, where everyone takes on a wide range of responsibilities and supports one another to successfully deliver projects.
And without a doubt, one of the aspects I enjoy most is participating in strategic projects for the company, as it allows me to understand the business from a broader perspective and contribute to its growth.
If you had to give a bouquet of flowers as a gift, which flowers would you choose?
I would choose sunflowers. I love them because they convey energy, optimism, and happiness. They are always seeking the light, which for me symbolizes a positive outlook on life and the ability to keep moving forward even in difficult times. I think they are simple flowers, yet full of personality.
What smells transport you to your childhood?
The scent of the sea and jasmine instantly takes me back to Palamós, where I spent my childhood summers with my grandparents. These aromas remind me of very happy times filled with peace, family, and freedom.
What is your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
Anywhere by the sea, especially if I can share it with my cousins, who are not only family but also my best friends. For me, the perfect vacation combines the beach, good food, long conversations, and unhurried moments spent enjoying the company of the people I love most.
What makes you feel most proud outside of work?
I am especially proud of the relationships I have built and maintained over the years. I make a conscious effort to care for the people I love and to be there for them. I am also proud of my consistency with sports, as it has taught me discipline and perseverance.
What is the best piece of advice you have received in your professional life?
One of the best pieces of advice I have received is that being sensitive and empathetic is not incompatible with being professional. In fact, I believe that sensitivity helps me connect with people, work better as part of a team, and understand the needs of those around me.
What kind of music do you listen to? Do you have a favorite artist?
I do not have a specific favorite artist because my music taste varies depending on the moment. However, if I had to choose one song, it would be The Man Who Can't Be Moved by The Script. It is a song that has been with me for many years and one I never get tired of listening to.
What is your favourite pastime?
An iced matcha and a good conversation is usually the perfect plan for me.
If you could have dinner with anyone, living or historical, who would it be?
Honestly, I would choose someone from my own circle rather than a historical figure. I am very much a people person, so I would probably prefer having dinner with someone I love and admire, listening to stories I have not heard before.
What small, everyday thing brings you happiness?
Going to bed knowing that I have made a positive contribution to the people around me. It does not have to be anything extraordinary; often, it is the small gestures that make the biggest difference.
