As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in India region.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, manage, and motivate the local sales team to achieve targets
- Define and implement the sales strategy and budget together with the Managing Director
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across India
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers at all levels
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular forecasts and reports
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, finance, etc.)
- Support and lead negotiations with customers
- Represent the company at trade fairs, client visits, and supplier meetings

Perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role (preferably B2B)
- Experience in the chemical industry, flavors & fragrances, or related sectors is highly valued
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and business development skills
- Experience managing teams and driving performance
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel (clients, suppliers, trade fairs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role (preferably B2B)
