Currently we need to reinforce our team in Ventós Barcelona by adding a HR Technician

- Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)
- Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits
- Termination of staff contracts/dismissals
- Entering and updating staff data in the system
- Management of documentation/record
- Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.
- Realization/updating of HR department procedures.
- Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
- Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
- Fluid communication with the staff of the subsidiaries
- Preparation of reports
- Organisation of internal/corporate company events

- At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
- Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
- Essential high level of English
- Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
