At Ventós, we are committed to technological evolution and innovation, and currently, we are driving the creation of a Data & AI department that will be key to the future of Ventós. That’s why we are looking for a Data & AI Manager, a key role responsible for establishing and leading this department. This role will work closely with Dribia as a strategic technological partner, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction. As our Data & AI Manager, you will define the vision, drive innovative solutions, and establish and scale the department, leading high-impact projects that will directly influence our company’s technological advancement. - Actively contribute to the definition of Ventós’ strategic roadmap in Data and Artificial Intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, propose data-driven solutions, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions, including solution design, algorithmic prototyping (PoCs), data processing, model development, and deployment into production.
- Own both the business and technical leadership of Data & AI projects.
- Empower employees with data by designing and delivering analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports tailored to business needs.
- Monitor and ensure the adoption of implemented initiatives (AI projects and data solutions), including training users, adapting tools to workflows, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure the maintenance, scalability, and evolution of deployed solutions.
- Lead the growth of the Data & AI team (expected to scale to 4–5 members), managing both projects and people.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Data/AI environments and 3+ years leading projects.
- Strong ability to identify and articulate business opportunities, working closely with key stakeholders to translate real needs into impactful data projects.
- Proven experience leading the implementation of digital solutions within organizations.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning, inference, and/or optimization techniques.
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
- Strong background in database design, backend development, and API development/usage.
- Experience working with LLMs and generative AI.
