Accounting Assistant

We are currently seeking a Accounting Assistant to support the daily administrative and finance operations of our Singapore subsidiary, ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Responsabilidades
- Support daily finance and administrative operations of the Singapore office.
- Assist with invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and coordination with external accounting, payroll, and tax advisors.
- Maintain and update administrative and financial records and databases.
- Support office administration, reporting, and internal coordination between departments.
- Ensure proper organization, accuracy, and confidentiality of company documentation and information.

Perfil
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in administration, finance support, accounting assistant, or similar roles.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in administration, finance support, accounting assistant, or similar roles.
